Mike was great to work with, I am still having issues with the truck engine vibration when accelerating between around 1200 to 1800 RPMs, there's a terrible vibration that you've been trying to fix. We still cannot get it right I need that to be handled..

I recently purchased a 2020 Silverado 3500 as well as a 5th wheel trailer. Towing the trailer from Texas I would get random "check trailer wiring" messages on the dash. I changed the trailer wiring but the message would still reappear. After researching the issue, we realized this is common to our truck and GM issued a Customer Satisfaction Program (silent recall) that addresses this issue at no cost to the customer. I scheduled a visit with a dealership in Colorado Springs and gave them the information about the program. I could tell from the get go that they were hellbent on charging me for this. A few hours after dropping the truck off they called and said my problem wasn't covered under this program and that it would be at least $400 for troubleshooting. I told them I would come pick up my truck. I took it to Castle Rock Chevrolet and they got it done with no issue. I towed the trailer yesterday and no dash messages. Thank you Castle Rock Chevrolet! You earned my future business.

Experience here has been great Cameron with the shuttle service was really helpful in communicating with me about the time it would take for getting the shuttle ride.
